2. Do you take individual orders or just wholesale?


We do both individual orders and wholesale orders.

4. What patterns are available?


All letters : A-Z
Numbers : 0-9
Shapes : star, arrow, heart, anchor, &, @, yoga, peace, crown, #, $, +, iris flower, beard , tree, snow ,cloud, The cross ,Notes., pineapple, Eiffel Tower, guitar, balloon,cactus...
Logo : superman, Batman, MIkey, company LOGO...
Animals : Milu deer, seahorse, rabbit, giraffe, snail, dog, fish...

We also do customized new shapes or logos.

 

5. Do you have MOQ?


Yes, MOQ is 50.
For classic series and mini series, MOQ is 50 units.
Large series has no MOQ.

 

6. If there have any stock?


Not all of lights are in stock. Different customers lead different demands，so there are only
a part of products in stock.

 

7. What series is battery light? What batteries do they take?
What series is powered lights?


-For battery operated, we launched mini lights with 9inch, 12inc, 15inch. Each item is powered by 2×AA size batteries.
Now we are in the test of using battery on classic series lights.
- For power operated, classic and large series lights are powder operated.

 

8. Can we mix series, models and colors to reach your MOQ?


Yes, you can choose any series, models, colors, as long as total quantity reach 50pcs.
Pls note each color can't less 5pcs, otherwise the processing cost is much higher.

 

9. How long to deliver after ordering?


samples: 7-10 days
50 -100 pcs: 7-10 days
100-300 pcs: 10-13 days
300-500 pcs: 13-20 days

 

10. Can large letter stand by themselves? Will the top swing?


Yes, all of our large letters can stand up by themselves.
We install supports inside of letters to keep stability and make the letters strong. Will not any effect when using them.
For top-heavy letters like F,7,4, we also design the base plate to keep balance.

 

11. What is the difference between turbo series and classic series?


They are both in classic series shape but just the turbo series are with turbo lights and
classic series with tungsten bulb or LED bulbs.

 

12.Could you offer the exclusive agency for local market? 


Sorry, we don't offer temporarily. We may choose partners in the future.

 

13. Do you offer 'drop shipping' service?


Sorry, We don't offer 'drop shipping' service.

 

14. Is there a switch on the lights?


For the mini series, the switch at the side of the light body.
For the other series, each lights has an in-line cord switch.


 

15. What standard fonts do you offer?


Rosewood. Welcome you choose new fonts.

 

16. How would you feel about me visiting your factory in China?
